Our objectives



To help and encourage the community to participate in sports, physical activity or volunteering, everything from running, cycling or swimming, to clubs and teams, football, rugby, cricket or becoming part of a social network at a gym.

Provide a community sports zone at summer events and family fun days, free of charge where adults and children can have a go at a sport or exercise, perhaps try something for the first time.

Provide information on where and when you can find places or things to do, from regular and annual running events to cycle routes, fishing spots, football clubs, rugby clubs, golf, cricket, swimming, badminton and so on

Providing affordable clothing and equipment for your chosen activity, ideal if you are just getting started.

And finaly we want to provide information that will help individuals, clubs or teams, such as nutrition guidance, facility advice, fundraising or financial assistance, volunteer recruitment and training courses.

To stay healthy, adults should try to be active every day and aim to achieve at least 150 minutes of physical activity over a week through a variety of activities.
